When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing all of your tracking details and a track & trace code, so you are able to track your order.

We recommend copying and pasting your exact code into the coupon box to apply your discount. Keep in mind that promo codes typically cannot be combined. There may also be a restriction that’s causing your code not to work, so double check the fine print (some codes only work for first-time customers or your code may have expired).

We ship to (almost) all countries worldwide, excluding Antarctica, Turkey, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, the Crimean region of the Ukraine, Sudan and Syria. Please be aware that depending on your country’s regulations, International orders may be subject to additional duties and fees.

E2i ATHLETICS RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item purchased online for a refund. To return, please fill out the return form and send it back to the relevant address.

Please note that our return policy differs during sales.

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt
• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Items must have all original E2i tags attached
• Items purchased during a sale cannot be refunded
• All items will be inspected on return
• The goods will be under your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please pack carefully
• If an item returns to us in an unsuitable condition, we might send the item back to you
• Shipping costs for returns will not be refunded
• Please make sure you receive a Tracking code when shipping items back to us

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

Refunds will be processed within approximately 10-14 business days after we receive your return.
